- Why does she have petechiae?
- Would you expect the LAP score to be increased, decreased, or show no change?
- What do you think she has?
- What translocation is typically associated with the form of leukemia?
- What can we use to treat this type of leukemia and what does it target?
- What is the patient at risk for if we do not treat her?
