Mr. Brown presents to the office with a fever. He tells you that in the past two months he has taken many sick days. “I keep coming down with something. It seems as soon as I beat one bug there is another one I get right away. I am tired all of the time!” He has complaints of fatigue. At this appointment you notice that his skin looks very pale and he has several large bruises.
